Doctor of Philosophy Program in Forestry (International Program)

The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Forestry (International Program) is a research-intensive, three-year doctoral degree taught entirely in English at the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University. The program builds independent researchers who create new, internationally recognized knowledge in forestry by integrating interdisciplinary expertise with modern digital tools and technologies.

Forestry challenges connect ecosystems and climate with economies and societies. Doctoral candidates learn to see these systemic relationships, frame meaningful research questions, conduct research independently and combine perspectives from multiple disciplines, and communicate their findings to national and international stakeholders under a strong framework of research ethics and continuous self-development.
